Enter through the sliding wood door in the welcome room and walk up the stairs to the brand new retreat ! This space features a private large bedroom with a King sized bed outfitted with soft cotton sheets, a leather chair with a bookcase full of novels for you to enjoy. Curl up on the DayBed and be able to look out the window at the towering Massanutten Mountain range standing at 2200 feet in elevation. Prepare your meals in the fully functional kitchen complete with Granite counter tops. There are several appliances to help make your meal prep easy…blender, food processor, toaster, full size oven and microwave. You will find 6 farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator upon your arrival from the resident chickens. The kitchen has numerous spices and oils available. The Keurig tray is always stocked with numerous coffees and hot cider. Or enjoy a hot cup of tea from the bags in the tea box or for the kid a heart … a hot chocolate. Don’t want to cook… take the short trip into town and try any of our wonderful restaurants. We even have a local bakery – Main Street Bakery and Catering who will prepare and deliver meals to you with advance notice.
Relax in the family room. Choose videos from our extensive collection or just enjoy each other’s company. The gas fireplace makes the room nice and toasty. Puzzles and games are also available and are stored in the hidden closet. The bathroom is open and spacious. The towels are luxury hotel quality and are large and soft. Blow Dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap are available for your convenience And did I mention the views …….
